What are the responsibilities and job description for the Relief Staff - Hamilton Area position at Western Montana Mental Health Center?
Are you looking for a flexible schedule and experience in a variety of different positions? Relief Staff may be scheduled to work shifts as a Crisis Stabilization Worker or Residential Care Worker, providing supportive care or supervision to our clients.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about working in a behavioral health care setting while still making a difference in the lives of others.
As a relief staff member, you'll work a variable schedule on an as-needed basis. This means you'll need to sign up for a minimum of 3 shifts per month, with the option to volunteer for additional shifts. This flexibility allows you to balance your work with other commitments.
No experience is necessary we are excited to provide on-the-job training!
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Ability to pass a background check upon offer of employment
- Valid MT Drivers License and a clean driving record.
