Description
Residential Care Workers provide direct support to residents in a 24/7 mental health group home. You will assist in implementing treatment goals for mental health stabilization and daily living skills, encourage personal care and socialization, and monitor medication administration. Responsibilities include collaborating with treatment teams, providing transportation, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with meal preparation, documenting resident status, and ensuring safety. You will also follow all emergency protocols, participate in required meetings and training, and adhere to legal and agency standards. Professionalism and respect in interactions are essential.
Graveyard shifts now available! We offer a shift differential for the graveyard shift.

Qualifications
Residential Care Workers are compassionate and empathetic. An understanding of mental health disorders and their symptoms and the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with individuals from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds is a must!
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- One year (1) experience working in a behavioral health setting preferred
- Minimum of one year (1) related experience
- Valid MT driver's License and the ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check upon offer of employment.
Salary : $17 - $20
