Description
The CSCT therapist serves as the clinical lead and team therapist for a caseload of eligible students referred by the school district. The therapist provides diagnostic evaluations, individual and group psychotherapy, behavioral management and care coordination in the school, home and community environments. The therapist works within an interdisciplinary team setting, maintains and follows program and mental health center administrative rule compliance, maintains and follows the children's mental health services manual of Montana, as well as company policy and procedures.
This position is covered under a collective bargaining agreement between Western Montana Mental Health Center and the Missoula Federation of WMMHC-CSCT Employees.

Qualifications
CSCT Therapists possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to remain calm in crises, utilize ethical reflection, and understand how to complete assessments and documentation. Experience working clinically with children and families is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a similar field of study.
- Valid Licensure in MT as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Professional candidates will also be considered.
- Ability to pass a background check upon an offer of employment
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Salary : $58,000 - $79,000
