We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate for immediate hire. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service with a happy, friendly attitude. They must be reliable, work well independently, and get along well with others. You must also be able to work within deadlines and have time management skills. Our company is open 365 days a year and requires work on weekends, holidays, and evenings. The positions are open full time for the morning shift, and mid-shift.
You will perform duties that include but are not limited to customer service, cash register, incoming customer phone calls, and adequate supervision of front-end operations and administrative assistant. Provide excellent customer service to deliver top-notch customer satisfaction professionally.
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients professionally and courteously.
· Maintain the Check-in office and front desk area neat and clean at all times.
· Professionally and quickly assist customers with inquiries, concerns, requests, and complaints via phone, email, and person.
· Book, cancel, and confirm reservations; check in guests and sell bus tickets; handle payment; greet and assist customers upon arrival.
· Handle out mail and pick up incoming mail, sort and distribute.
· Handle customer relations, responsible for receiving, researching, and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
· Handle customers lost and found.
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Maintain customer correspondence and reply to customers’ emails.
· Ensure all associates are properly trained to provide excellent customer service to all customers through fast and accurate service at the check-in counter and answering customer phone calls. Provide ongoing coaching as needed.
· Immediately replace customer service staff who do not show up to work; you must be on call and able to stand by to cover for any associate’s no-shows
· Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and update information as needed.
· Prepare and audit driver paperwork and open and closing shift duties.
· Transmit and take phone call messages and direct them to the right person.
· Prepared files and audited and organized daily paperwork.
· Maintaining reports in Excel spreadsheets and other systems.
· Perform general administrative and clerical work such as data entry, filing, sorting, faxing, scanning, typing, auditing, and organizing documents.
· Utilize Google Suite and other software applications to complete tasks.
· Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various reporting purposes.
· Candidate must be flexible and open to performing other duties and responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Proficiency in English, Preferably in a bilingual environment.
· A stable employment history, dependability with consistent attendance, and punctuality.
· At least three years of previous customer service and money handling is required.
· Must have a High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Must have advanced problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
· Strong relationship skills with coworkers, customers, and vendors.
· Experience in our target markets (Tour & Charter bus sale) is preferred.
· Basic office machinery (copier, fax, scanner) with experience in an office environment.
· Proficiency in computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft, Word, Excel, Email and Internet software, etc....
· Must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets for various reporting purposes.
· Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
· Must type at least 40 words per minute (WILL BE TEST).
· Knowledge of proofreading techniques and file management systems is advantageous.
· Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
· Multitasking, desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Ability to work within deadlines and have strong time management and organizational skills.
· Be detail-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, and leadership mind.
· Requires the ability to walk and stand during working hours.
· Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
· Available to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
· Must pass a criminal background check and a drug-free workplace.
