Job Summary
Western Mountain Financial Services, an established local financial advisory office, is seeking a career-minded Front Desk Client Services Admin. This full-time, in-office position will ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations while providing superior customer service to prospects and clients. The Front Desk Client Services Admin’s primary responsibilities will include greeting clients and visitors, answering phones and routing calls, scheduling client meetings and utilizing our CRM system to update client communications.
Additional Responsibilities will include:
- Organize and execute client appreciation functions, as needed.
- Maintain company social media platforms.
- Complete money movement requests.
- Willingness to obtain Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional Designation.
- Provide backup support for prep and follow-up of client meetings.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM database.

- Previous experience in financial services preferred.
Candidates must be willing to work Monday through Friday, 7:30-4:00 in our Farmington office.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
