Job Brief
Our team is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to work on our heavy civil construction projects. We need operators for multiple types of equipment such as: Excavators, Front End Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders, Compaction Rollers, and many more.
These roles require excellent proficiency in being an operator due to job site conditions being extremely congested with overhead power lines, all types of underground utilities, constricted alleyway work, road and pedestrian traffic, among many other safety concerns. You will be required to inspect and maintain your equipment on a daily basis and report any issues to your supervisor.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator (water/sewer/storm pipe installation is preferred)
- Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
- Understanding soil conditions and the effect they have on safety and compaction efforts
- Great attention to detail
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
