WesternBank in Duluth MN is looking for outstanding, professional, and energetic individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. An ideal candidate will have great customer service skills when assisting customers, knowledge in Microsoft products, cash handling experience, and basic math skills. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required. Daily duties may include, but are not limited to: helping customers with day-to-day banking needs, answering phone calls, and processing customer transactions.
