WesternBank in Duluth MN is looking for outstanding, professional, and energetic individuals to join our team as a Universal Customer Service Representative. An ideal candidate will have great customer service skills when assisting customers, knowledge in Microsoft products, cash handling experience, and basic math skills. Daily duties may include, but are not limited to: helping customers with day-to-day banking needs, answering phone calls, processing customer transactions, opening/closing accounts, processing credit card payments, and assisting various departments with different tasks.
