Additionally, your proficiency in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting will help us optimize net operating income and achieve ownership objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong background in multifamily property management. A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, with a college degree being a plus. Your proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, with Yardi Voyager experience being a definite advantage.
