About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Manager to lead our Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, financial management skills, and knowledge of maintenance operations, landlord-tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws. You will be responsible for daily operations, financial performance, and optimizing net operating income. If you have Yardi Voyager experience, that's a definite plus!
Key Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Supervisory experience leading a team
* Financial management skills
* Knowledge of maintenance operations, landlord-tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws
* Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Yardi Voyager experience an asset
