Your Role: Community Manager
We seek an experienced and dynamic Community Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for leading our Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team to ensure seamless operations and a high-quality resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team to achieve operational excellence and maximize resident satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective budgeting and financial management strategies to optimize net operating income.
- Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including financial statements and monthly reporting.
- Cultivate strong relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a positive community environment.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in multifamily property management, preferably with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets, financial statements, and maintenance operations.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager software is a plus.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent; a college degree is highly regarded.
