What are the responsibilities and job description for the Basic Nursing Assistant (BNA) and Medication Aide (MA) Adjunct Instructor position at Western Nebraska Community College?
Teach Basic Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide courses.Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Prepare course outlines.
- Teach Courses.
- Institute a consistent evaluation process.
- Maintain accurate student records.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information according to FERPA guidelines.
- Manage student conduct according to policy and procedure.
- Support College policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum of LPN, RN preferred, with at least two (2) years clinical experience; current license required; in addition to two (2) years long term care experience or experience supervising and teaching CNA's. Formal or informal teaching experience preferred. A formal offer for the position is contingent upon State approval of credentials and experience.Work Activities
