RESPONSIBILITIES :
Proactively engage in maintaining smooth efficient operations of the program and provide service to students and faculty while upholding the mission and goals of the program.

Duties include (but are not limited to) :
Provide exceptional customer service to our students and other visitors.Organize files and perform filing duties as neededProvide administrative support to members of team including the Operations Specialist (Supervisor), Director, English Learning Services Coordinator, Adult Basic Education Coordinator, Enrollment Assistant, and HSE Testing TeamServe as Front Desk supportAnswer phones, take and deliver messages, and greet and assist visitorsAssist test-takers by setting up tests on computer, accepting payments for program fees and HSE examsMaintaining clean and organized work environmentMaintain supplies for copier, fax machine, and shredder. Fill paper in copier, shred documents in bin, empty shredder.Assist with registrations, orientations, and other student-related activities as assignedCall students and tutors to confirm appointments, maintain tutoring binderAssist with data entry as neededCheck mailReplenish media centers (fliers)Make testing packets, consent files, and other formsMaintain confidentiality : put files away, don't leave student info out on tables, don't discuss students with people who are not CCR employees, lock all cabinets and secure keysMaintain student supplies and work area : sharpen pencils, empty sharpeners, stock scratch paper, clean and sanitize work surfaces including tables, keyboards, mice, computersGeneral cleaning of space including dusting, vacuuming, and clearing the refrigeratorPower computers off at end of day and clean monitorsPerform other duties as assignedExempt
