We Are Looking For:
A hands on results-oriented and detail-minded Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee all aspects of High-Rise Condominium operations. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for our residents/tenants, while also managing staff, budgets, and resident relations.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily building operations, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
- Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain maintenance records
- Supervising custodial staff
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive building maintenance plan and budget.
- Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Ensuring the building complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Addressing resident/tenant concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Developing and implementing emergency preparedness plans
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing staff, budgets, and building operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (a plus).
- A valid driver's license.
