• 2-3 years of Credit/Finance/Accounting/Banking experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Proficient in using various communication tools for outreach and follow-up.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• An excellent work track record: At work on time, and prepared to begin working, less than 5 days missed from work (other than approved days off), great team player, can work without constant oversight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
