What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Admin Assistant - KeyBank Center position at Western New York Arena LLC?
SUMMARY
Provide support to the KeyBank Center Parking Manager and Assistant Manager in the operation of the Parking department. Manage the clerical aspect of the operation including, but not limited to, data entry, intraoffice parking requests and monthly parking requests. Acts as a point of contact for patrons and other staff for any parking related questions or requests.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compiles and maintains all required data of the parking operation, including but not limited to; payment logs, event/daily reports via ParkHub, pre-sale reports via Ticketmaster, all reporting relating to revenue for accounting and budgeting purposes, parking pass information and usage for access control, event creation templates and updates.
- Deliver high level of customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.
- Manage all monthly parking and individual parking reservation request. Including compiling application and customer data, updating/providing parking access for monthly parker and staff, and manage delinquent accounts as needed.
- Follow and enforce all KeyBank Center and Harborcenter policies and procedures.
- Assist in various project work as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all issues.
- Maintain open communication with Parking Manager and Assistant Manager at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience, preferred.
- Experience with cash handling and reconciliation, and POS systems preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds.
- Must be able to walk, stand for long periods of time, climb stairs and move freely and sometimes rapidly about the parking facilities in emergent situations.
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be able to work non-traditional hours that can include, days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
Compensation
- This role will pay between $15.50 - $18.00 an hour. Note: Wages will be determined based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set and internal equity.
