POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Operations Team. The Operations Team provides technical support for our network partners delivering programs to the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Assist Operations Team coordination of administrative needs and other tasks as assigned.
- Completes administrative daily tasks (including pulling daily reports, processing referrals, checking voicemails, escalating program incidents as necessary, etc.).
- Provides support for assigned Workgroups and Committees of the Board of Directors and the Network.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service on phone, in-person, via email and in all aspects of employment at WNYICC.
- Marketing and promotional tasks: including social media
- Organize program supplies; deliver supplies to partners
- Communicates in a positive manner both internally and externally to partners.
- Monitor assignment and report due dates for operations team.
- Assist WNYICC Management Team in a wide array of responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: At least Associates Degree for life experience equivalent.
- Professional Experience: 4 years previous experience in administration or community involvement with administrative role; or other relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, telephonic, email, trainings, professional, written and media.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community with a track record of building authentic, constructive relationships with others.
- Ability to multi-task and willing to take on new projects.
- Must have reliable transportation for occasional field assignments.
- Demonstrated high level experience in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel, electronic medical records.
- Ability to create and present high level professional correspondence and reports
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable while working collaboratively in a Team environment
- Self-directed and accountable
- Ability to take instruction and follow through in a timely manner.
- Valid driver’s license

Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative (WNYICC) is an innovative non-profit corporation, incorporated in 2016. As the Community Care Hub (CCH) of a multi-county network of Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and government agencies, we are strategically positioned to respond to and capitalize on opportunities to advance community-based integrated health care and to bring sustainability to community-based programs and services which address social determinants of health. WNYICC’s role in the network is to provide administrative contracting, billing, technical support, training, and quality assurance on a regional level. The WNYICC Network works collaboratively to navigate the changing healthcare landscape together to improve health outcomes in our Western New York community.

- This is a hybrid position which includes remote work plus in-person meetings and some travel.
- SALARY: $50,000 - 55,000 plus benefits; Non-exempt position. This position is eligible for overtime, if approved.
