Summer Maintenance Worker (7 AM – 3:30 PM M-Th; 7 AM – 3:00 PM F)

DESCRIPTION:
This position is considered to be a seasonal, non-exempt position.
Responsibilities include performing tasks of general maintenance or specific trade work as assigned.
Examples of maintenance tasks: landscaping, including operation of push and riding mowers, digging,
leaf blowers, painting and paint preparation work, moving furniture, assists with small renovation projects and
housekeeping department as needed, and other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor of Operations.
SALARY: $12/hour
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least a High School diploma/GED with general training or experience in construction and maintenance.
CLEARANCES REQUIRED:
PA Criminal Background, PA Child Abuse, and FBI Clearance required.
