Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Academic Compliance & Quality (ACQ), the Administrative Specialist provides day-to-day administrative and organizational support to ensure that the College’s curriculum operations are completed accurately and on time. Position requires strong organization and computer skills. Must be service-oriented with an ability to work with diverse groups of people in multifaceted workplace. Must have strong communication skills and ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Assist with the entry of curriculum course schedules and reservation of classrooms.
- Assist with audit of class attendance records.
- Assist with the entry of purchasing requests in procurement system.
- Ensure forms and calendars are published to division members.
- Maintain documents per filing protocols, including programs of study documentation, faculty locators, faculty workload sheets, and syllabus documents.
- Maintain bulletin boards.
- Assist with division events (e.g., purchase supplies, complete work orders, assist with event set-up, take minutes, etc.) and represent the division at college-wide events.
- Ensure faculty and learning spaces have adequate supplies and set up, including assisting with annual inventory.
- Assist with orienting new faculty members to campus (give tours, connect to resources, etc.).
- Generate maintenance, IT, and marketing work orders.
Rate of Pay: $15.00/hr
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with office systems and working knowledge of computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office and/or Google);
- Experience working in professional setting.
