As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you will support the Inside Sales Manager in driving efficient operations and leading a high-performing, remote Inside Sales team. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Product Development to align efforts with business goals. This role focuses on optimizing sales processes, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. Key responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, training, and setting performance metrics to ensure success.
Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and partners.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide value-driven solutions.
- Set and track sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
- Optimize sales processes, manage escalations and implement improvements to streamline workflows.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and partners, offering value-driven solutions.
- Hire, train, and lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to build high performance.
- Implement ongoing training and sales programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Manage performance, providing recognition, feedback, coaching and development to drive success.
- Regularly analyze sales dashboards, metrics, team performance, customer reports, and market trends to drive data informed change, optimize strategy and improve outcomes.
- Ensure team and individual productivity and performance expectations are met. Monitor team performance against goals, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Administer the annual Incentive Plan.
- Foster open communication within the team and across departments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Generate reports on sales metrics, performance, and market trends to refine strategies.
- Ensure the team is updated on company offerings, competitive advantages, and market changes.
- Manage the inside sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business or related.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales or a related field, with Inside Sales experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading mid-size teams, as an Inside Sales Manager strongly preferred, or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of successfully building high performing teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to influence cross-functional teams including demonstrated success leading remote teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales strategies across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work across multiple time zones.
