What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR Personal Lines position at Western Reserve Group?
This position is responsible for accurate and timely data entry of new applications, amendments, quotes, renewals, and cancellation/non-renewals, all within assigned authority levels. In addition, it involves rating, oral and written communication, working knowledge of Personal Lines coverage, as well as working with reports and policy systems. This individual is also responsible for working with their team to achieve designated service standards.
Salary Grade (4) 15.83 – 19.78 – 23.74
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Process applications, amendments, quotes, renewals, cancellation/non-renewals, including rating and data entry – all within assigned authority levels.
Order reports for underwriting review to include, but not limited to, MVRs, CLUE and Insurance Score.
Basic understanding of WRG’s software programs and ability to handle inquiries from internal and external customers.
Communicate via telephone, fax, electronic and written correspondence with agency, team, departmental and other Company personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
Work with Underwriting to achieve departmental service standards.
Assist with special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1 year’s previous related work experience preferred
Introductory education courses will be required if no prior insurance experience

LANGUAGE SKILLS
