What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Analyst position at Western Reserve Hospital?
The Systems Analyst is responsible for participating in the efficient installation and support of Western Reserve Hospital’s healthcare information technology systems, including software upgrades, day to day operational support (24/7), installation, design, and testing of information technology systems. The Systems Analyst will work closely with end users in assigned departments to understand current operations, manage workflow change, implement and support solutions for all aspects of operations. This position relies on collaborative, effective communication strategies with a variety of stakeholders including vendors, departmental leadership, physicians, and executives.
Experience
Preferred- One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
Education
Required- Associate's Degree or better in Job Related Field
- Bachelor's Degree or better in Job Related Field
