This position is responsible for leading andparticipating in Connecting Realities programming. Leading and implementing ininstrumental and vocal music activities designed to meet residents' physicaland psychological needs, such as solo or group singing, rhythmic and creativemusic programming.

EDUCATION and / orEXPERIENCE :
Bachelor's degree in music therapy
Board Certified Music Therapist (current)
Licensed Professional Music Therapist
2 years of music therapy preferred
Knowledge of and ability to utilize a varietyof musical instruments
Knowledge of hospice philosophy of care
Experience with geriatric community
