As the Member Experience Director you will be responsible for creating, promoting, and maintaining a positive living experience for the Independent Living residents of the Ohio Masonic Community through collaborating multi-departmental efforts with campus lifestyle needs. This role directs the budget, personnel and operations of Transportation, Post Office, and Gift Shop as well as maintains the activities and events for residents, assist with resources needed and ensure level of care is to Ohio Masonic Communities standards.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school; or 6 months-1 year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a proven history of attaining and sustaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
