Radiology Practitioner Assistant (RPA) (Part-Time 24 Hours)

Performs selected radiology exams and procedures under the supervision of Radiologist.  Responsible for evaluating image quality, making image observations and forwarding those observations to the supervising Radiologist.

Education and Training

• Successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant Program
• Possession of a State Physician Assistant License
• BLS required

Experience

• Two (2) years professional physician assistant experience preferred
• Experience performing interventional radiology procedures including Paracentesis, Thoracentesis and Fluoroscopy preferred

**This position will require 1 weekend one 1/2 day on call per month**
