QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Plans and organizes instruction to achieve general and course proficiencies.
- Provides effective instruction using a variety of strategies, which bring about desired student proficiencies.
- Assesses student progress and maintains records and communicates ongoing student progress.
- Organizes and manages the classroom environment to maximize learning.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills with students, parents, and community.
- Demonstrates effective people skills.
SALARY/BENEFITS: According to the salary schedule and benefit package per agreement of Western School Corporation and Western Education Association.
