Video Account (Company) is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Seattle, WA. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the team and ensure that all paperwork and processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other activities
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Maintain databases and filing systems
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business or related field
2 years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and able to work with accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
