We’re currently hiring Full-Time LVNs for AM, PM, and NOC shifts—so you can find a schedule that fits your life while making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents in accordance with care plans.
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with families and staff.
Be a steady, supportive presence for residents—because your care matters.
What We’re Looking For:
Current LVN license in the State of California.
Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
A heart for serving others and a commitment to compassionate care.
