As a full-time Respiratory Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality respiratory care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for individuals with respiratory issues. Key Responsibilities :
Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions, including chronic diseases, pulmonary infections, and acute respiratory failure.
Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on proper respiratory care and disease management.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Qualifications :
Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) with valid state certification.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to assess patient needs and deliver high-quality respiratory care.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. We Offer :
