RTE Line Lead Position
RTE Line Lead job Duties include but are not limited to:

Able to operate machine without assistance and provides machine training to production employees.

Loading and adjusting printed and forming film.
-
Have the knowledge and ability to do tooling switch outs with some assistance.

Basic machine troubleshooting.

Verifying lug labels match the product that is scheduled to run on that machine.

Ability to assemble/disassemble designated machines for start-ups or shutdowns throughout the shift. (may need to assist in setting more than one line up)

This position will be in direct communication with the RTE Room lead and End of Line Lead in helping manage the employees on that line. (inside and outside the room)
-
Stage the film and product needed for the Line for shift start-up.
This position is a considered a specialized role in the compensation scale (second step)
1st (6:30-3:30PM) and 2nd (3:00pm-11:30PM) shift positions available
Wage range: $19-$20.50
