Overview:
Works with the A/V Multimedia Manager and the Director of A/V & Multimedia in video production and related projects and deliverables. Edits and revises video files, creates graphics and incorporates 2-D and 3-D CG/Video enhancements. Sets up and coordinates video shoots and follow thru. Photographs company sponsored events and studio portraits. Works with internal customers to gather information regarding organizational needs and capabilities. Identifies and integrates opportunities to improve outcomes and/or lower costs across Core Business Units (CBUs) and Shared Service Units. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for some decision-making, escalating to Manager when appropriate and updating Manager on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
What you will do:
- Works with the A/V Multimedia Manager and the Director of A/V & Multimedia in developing, coordinating and editing video modules. Frequently interacts with internal customers to ensure project deliverable and deadlines are on track.
- Works with the A/V Multimedia Manager and the Director of A/V & Multimedia and internal customers in developing, coordinating pre and post conference and coordination to support major A/V and Multimedia staging and Company events.
- Works with the A/V Multimedia Manager and the Director of A/V & Multimedia in developing and producing stand-alone video/audio modules.
- Coordinates, schedules and codirects preproduction for video production and photography assignments.
- Develops and coordinates slide presentations material as needed.
- Shoots, formats and maintains eTalent photo file.
- Works with vendors and suppliers in support of Company-sponsored sales meetings - project tracking and monitoring.
- Handles special requests and projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor's Degree In video production or related field or commensurate selection criteria experience, or equivalent job experience. (Required)
- Demonstrated experience in working with groups and multiple teams, and evolving deadlines. (Required) and
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when handling stressful situations. (Required)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the audiovisual and multimedia field, creative concepting, video production, audio production and recording. Cite examples of personal involvement in three or more of these areas of specialization.
- Proven working knowledge in the field of digital photography.
- Demonstrated knowledge of print production process helpful.
- Proven ability to develop and implement solutions that involve cutting-edge technology. Cite examples of projects where the success of the project relied heavily on creative thinking and state-of-the-art technology.
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to convey information and instructions to multiple persons clearly and concisely in real-time production situations. Provide examples of involvement in production projects.
- Proven confident maturity, creativity and ability to analyze problems/situations and use good judgment and sensible decision-making to produce superior results without adding time and expense to the overall project.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Proficient knowledge in software program such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge in Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software.
- Working knowledge in audio editing software such as Audition.
Work Setting/Position Demands:
- Works in an office setting and remains in a stationary position for long periods of time while working at a desk, on a computer or with other standard office equipment, or while in meetings.
- Requires the ability to verbally communicate and exchange accurate information to customers and associates on a regular basis.
- Requires visual acuity to read and interpret a variety of correspondence, procedures, reports and forms via paper and electronic documents, visual inspection involving small defects; small parts, and/or operation of machinery (including inspection); using measurement devices continuously. Visual acuity is required to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned.

Travel Requirements:
