A Day in the Life of an Executive Assistant
- As an Executive Assistant, you will provide quality administrative support in a timely and efficient manner to the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Columbus Life. Proven extensive experience serving as an administrative assistant or executive secretary to senior-level management.
Key Points:
- Coordinates and arranges meetings and travel schedules.
- Provides backup support for other Administrative Support Coordinators, Licensing and Contracting Administration Specialist and the President's Executive Assistant for vacation, sick days or other requests.
- Appropriately handles special direct mailings for field officer territories.
- Accurately assembles recruiting material for mailing to prospective General Agents.
