Overview
Sorts and distributes incoming mail to Western & Southern Financial Group (W&SFG). Processes undeliverable mail and refers it to the appropriate department. Tracks all incoming express, registered, certified mail and delivery confirmation, keying information into a database. Provides backup to the mail coordinators when necessary. Works with some supervision and is responsible for making a minimal range of decisions, escalating to manager when appropriate and updating manager on a regular basis
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail to W&SFG.
- Opens, reviews and distributes generically addressed mail to appropriate department or associate.
- Keys incoming express mail into an automated database for tracking.
- Processes undeliverable mail and distributes to field and Home Office associates.
- Processes outgoing registered and certified mail, and certificates of mailing, ensuring proper forms are completed and correct fees are charged.
- Collects, processes and mails annuity contracts and other correspondence to banks.
- Completes W&SFG campus mail runs as scheduled.
- Provides backup and assistance to the mail coordinators.
- Communicates effectively with customers to provide excellent customer service.
- Assembles distributions for W&SFG.
- Processes sensitive documents and correspondence confidentially.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School Diploma Or GED
- Demonstrated experience effectively handling customers and providing excellent customer service and
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when handling demanding situations associated with high volumes of work and multiple tasks. Cite examples of experiences demonstrating flexibility to meet demands and
