Responsibilities :
Diesel Technicians at Western Star Northwest :
- Run diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Repair or replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions and braking systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Assist with and / or complete engine overhauls as well as other repairs identified during the diagnostic process.
- Develop technical skills through training opportunities
- Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications; make necessary adjustments if required.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.

Qualifications :
