Responsibilities :
As a field service technician (also known as mobile mechanic), you can expect to conduct on-road and customer on-site maintenance services by troubleshooting, diagnosing and performing preventative and corrective maintenance on heavy duty equipment.

Qualifications :
Heavy equipment dealership experience is helpful in this job role; two years or more preferred. Five years of actual truck repair experience needed. Bring your strong mechanical aptitude, team player mentality and belief in safety first to Team FNW.
Work Schedules
Work schedule and shifts will vary depending on business needs. We can accommodate a wide range of shifts and schedules.
Other : Must have valid drivers license and be insurable. CDL-A is a plus. A full complement of tools required for diesel equipment repair including wrenches and sockets to 1 , 3 / 8 and drive air tools, floor creeper and a roll around tool cabinet.

Environmental Demands : Primarily outdoor work. High noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Coveralls, ear and eye protection provided.
