The Mortgage Support Coordinator provides assistance to the mortgage team in an effort to increase the efficiency, production, and customer experience of the department. The Mortgage Support Coordinator is accountable to assist team members with data entry, file collection and review, and administrative duties. This position will maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
- Work with Mortgage Loan Officers and clients to ensure files, documents, signatures, and applications are compliant and fully completed. At times, meet with clients to secure supporting documentation.
- Be a secondary customer contact when Mortgage Loan Officers are unavailable.
- Coordination and planning of mortgage closing details and meetings.
- Data entry of loan information.
- Initiate, track and ensure completion of all required disclosures in order to meet regulatory guidelines.
- Attend to Mortgage pipeline to ensure files are moving forward in order meet set deadlines and closing dates.
- Assist with collection of fees needed with customers.
Associates degree preferred with a minimum of three years of experience in a real estate or mortgage-related industry.
