Job Duties
Western State Hospital is seeking a full time Program Support Technician who will provide office support to the Director of Physical Plant Services and the Department Heads that report to the Director of Physical Plant Services in order to provide a safe environment for patients and staff at Western State Hospital; input corrective maintenance work orders from various sources; investigate and research to gather data or resolve discrepancies concerning staff requests; close work orders; assist PPS Director and performs administrative duties; and compile data from work orders and Security Logs for patient damage.
The Program Support Technician will also validate billing for central garage pool vehicles, fueling, trash services; attend various meetings; develop and generate reports using TMS for: utilities management, billing purposes, inventory, etc.; generate/close work orders for various maintenance equipment, utility services, etc.; and assist office personnel in training and performance of job duties.
