Position Overview
We are excited to welcome a Calibration Technician to our expanding team! No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure your success in this role. However, if you do have experience, we'd love to hear about it!
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Perform calibrations on various inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
- Manage clerical tasks related to calibration activities, including documentation, record-keeping, and word processing.
- Use your creativity and problem-solving skills to address a variety of challenges.
- Uphold the integrity of field calibration standards with meticulous attention to detail.
- Show a willingness to learn, grow, and expand your skill set.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A good grasp of basic math and algebraic functions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working with hand tools (wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
- Willingness to stand, bend, and move as needed throughout the workday.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (required for onsite technicians).
