Responsibilities
- Developing insurance quotes for new and existing customers
- Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
- Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Day to day customer service and account management.
- Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and documenting it per agency standards.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License preferred, but we will train the right individual.
- Customer Service experience required.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong computer and technical skills, comparative rating/agency management software experience a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a must!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
