This role reports directly to the project superintendent, top-level management, and ownership, empowering you to assist with supervising projects from start to finish, as well as supporting preconstruction and project management duties.
Job Description:
- Preconstruction Planning
- Project Schedule Management
- Project Meetings
- Cost Tracking of Key Metrics
- Responsible for Overall Site Safety
- Assist with Management of Site Crews (Including Sub-Contractors)
- Coordinate Materials and Equipment Delivery
- Maintain Daily Logs (Time Sheets, Job Summary, Etc.)
- Coordination with Admin Office, Project Manager, and Project Superintendent
- Technical Layout of Project Sites Related to Best Management Practices, Water Control, and Dewatering Implementations
- Ensure Permit Compliance and Environmental Standards are Achieved
