We are seeking individuals to help with Transportation Needs throughout our agency.
**Experience with clients transporting clients with medical or mental health concerns preferred. **
Responsibilities and Duties for Van Driver:
- Transports consumers to assigned program destination, ensures that proper safety standards are maintained on board the vehicle
- Complete daily records and maintain paperwork
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks and safety equipment inspections. Communicate effectively with diversified groups of people.
- Assist physically/mentally challenged individuals entering and exiting the vehicles as required

Qualifications and Skills for Van Driver:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year work experience transporting individuals with ID/DD or SMI-Preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV record- Required
- Ability to lift fifty pounds
- CDL not required but preferred for Van Driver
- Pre-employment physical and annually, thereafter.
- Preferred: First Aid, ad CPR certified
