We are seeking Direct Caregivers (Direct Support Professionals) for various departments throughout our organization :
- Assisted Living Facility-Suffolk, VA
- Residential Homes-Suffolk, VA
- Day Support Program-Suffolk, VA

Responsibilities and Duties of Direct Support Professional :
- Assisting with the implementation of consumer treatment plans
- Caring for, monitoring, evaluating, and maintenance of a safe environment for individuals identified with one or more of the following :
- Developmental Disabilities (Adult or Child)
- Serious Mental Illness and / or Substance Abuse (SMI / SA).
Qualifications and Skills :
- High School diploma or GED Certificate
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable DMV record
- Experience with those that are Developmentally Disabled / Mental Health or residential setting
