We are seeking Full-Time Children’s Crisis Stabilization Unit Program Manager in Windsor, VA
General Responsibilities for CCSU Program Manager:
Supervise provision of services to consumers with Serious Mental Illness/Developmental Disabilities in a Residential Facility
Supervise and evaluate performance of subordinate staff
Provide staff training
Qualifications and Skills for CCSU Program Manager:
Master’s Degree in a Human Services Field
2 years of leadership experience
Candidate for Residency or Social Work Supervisee; or Resident in Counseling or Social Work Supervisee (Preferred)
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV Record.
