Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Quality Assurance Manager for Mobile Crisis services to join our team. This position works with our behavioral health, and REACH teams providing services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. In this role, you will provide quality assurance chart reviews, develop policy and procedures, assist in training staff, collaborate on treatment planning, sign off on assessments, work with authorizations, occasionally on call. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review/Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations.
- Review and assure procedures for Authorizations for services
- REACH data collection and submission
- Supervise staff regarding REACH data entry.
- Write policy and procedures
- Train and educate staff on documentation and service provision
- Remain current with knowing licensing, billing and DOJ requirements
- Provide occasional manager on call duties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with community resources and support services.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist) required.
- Experience in crisis intervention or mental health settings preferred.
- Experience working with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations.
