Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate government and non-government relocations, ensuring all services are delivered on time and according to client specifications.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and resolve any issues during the moving process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping, and relocation vendors to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences
. • Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, inventory lists, and billing information.
• Track the progress of ongoing moves, provide regular status updates to clients, and resolve any delays or challenges promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with post-move follow-up to ensure clients are satisfied with the service provided.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or the moving industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software; experience with moving industry software is a plus.
