We’ll be looking to you to contact customers to determine the reason for payment and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens and procedures.

Role Responsibilities

• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and / or troubleshooting.
• May answer inquiries and resolve problems.
• Requires general knowledge of the organization, products, and / or services and also requires ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
• Performs one or more of the following operational support Accounts Receivable reviews / investigations, negotiation of receivable settlements, remittance tracking, database maintenance, documentation control, with the highest volume agents or special subscribers.
• Work with Supervisor to ensure all assigned agent accounts are reconciled in order to have a solid starting point for recovering funds, work with Sales to coordinate the best attention to the agents.
• Performs various administrative functions including standard management reporting requirements and continue to maintain agents reconciled to achieve collection effort goals.
• Analyze risk of collection cases and different scenarios, to mitigate losses.
