In this role you will support the overall US Consumer Services organization by interacting with key stakeholders across the organization to access data and then present out analytics on performance. You will also help to establish a wide variety of new processes and analytics for the Consumer Services team.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, while taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
- Refine existing data sets and optimize existing reporting & dashboards for improved business insights to drive improved decision-making.
- Create best-practice reports, dashboards and presentations based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
- Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
- Work directly with functional areas to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
Role Requirements
base salary range is $ 60,400 - 80,500 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
