In this role you will support the Product and Technology teams by taking an integrative approach in connecting complex business problems with technical software solutions. You will have a solid knowledge of technology products and cloud architecture to help build out our customer-centric digital wallet products for consumers.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team of developers and testers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Liaison with product team to define and prioritize features for team.
- Provide expertise in high level architecture and business solutions for a specific platform supporting the technologies and working on timelines as per the business need.
- Design and manage secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud-based software solutions.
- Prepare and present technical proposals to customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor application architecture and ensure appropriate implementation of all solutions.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- Help define and maintain guidelines for delivery and support.
- Become familiar with innovative technology in a short span of time and quickly ramp up people.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet Organizational objectives.
Role Requirements
base salary range is $110,000 - 146,650 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
