In this critical role, you will assess, report, and recommend remediation activities to reduce risk, working with technology owners.

Responsibilities

• Assess and report on the operational effectiveness of controls and procedures, as well as the risk posture, of information resources and technologies to ensure appropriate safeguarding of Western Union's data.
• Utilize strong policy and process knowledge, as well as experience with different control domains to ensure compliance with Information Security Program.
• Communicate evolving Security and Compliance requirements to a variety of internal audiences across the company.
• Actively manage the Risk Register, drive preparation of risk assessment and facilitate risk decisioning and tracking.

Qualifications:

• 5 yrs of Information Security or IT Audit/Risk experience
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Equivalent work experience is acceptable.
• At least one of the following certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC.
• Strong experience with information assurance, risk management and assessment in technical environment

Salary

Annual base salary range is $110,00 - $135,000 USD per year. Total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
