- Respond to phone inquiries, assist members with questions, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Support the processing of new member applications.
- Coordinate attendance for new member orientation sessions.
- Guide new members through the process of joining the Association/MLS, including account setup, policy clarification, website access, and Supra access.
- Maintain accurate member data within GrowthZone, ensuring timely updates for new additions, modifications, and deletions.
- Enter new members into GrowthZone and generate monthly reports for review, detailing new and terminated memberships.
- Keep member information current in the membership database, Supra, and NAR systems.
- Develop and enhance affiliate packages to attract and retain membership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the membership database and ensure its smooth operation.
- Alert the CEO to any issues with the membership system or membership-related concerns.
- Assisting agents and brokers with MLS system navigation, login issues, and listing management.
- Troubleshooting technical problems, such as data entry errors, listing syndication issues, or software glitches
- Proctor all virtual classes
- Issue certificates of completion to all in attendance
- Post all continuing education courses to CEBroker
